It is a training and training program for young leaders. Students and graduates of the program use the acquired knowledge and skills to serve churches and conferences by spreading the gospel and offering practical help.

Vision
We envisage a person who understands his gift and the vocation to serve in this direction; he is competent, has a good understanding of his ministry domain, and develops the ministry. We envisage a person who is in constant growth. He has character traits such as independence, responsibility, courage, optimism, love for people, faithfulness and humility. The success of a person like this is evident to everybody. He has relationships with God. All of this we anticipate to see in a person we want to cultivate.
