About Us

The Association of Mennonite Brethren Churches of Ukraine is a Christian association that provides assistance to Ukrainians and promotes the spread of the Christian faith.

 

Our mission

 

  • To manifest Christ to those around us through social ministries.

  • Plant new churches in areas where people today are especially open to God.

  • ​Expand horizons and ways to help people affected by the Russian invasion.​

  • Teach the younger generation the principles of organizing new social projects.

  • To create a mobile Christian community that can quickly respond to changes.

  • Direct joint efforts to restore the historical and spiritual influence of the Mennonites in our lands.

Mennonite heritage: the seed of Mennonism in Ukraine

About 150 years ago, Mennonite families lived on the territory of Ukraine that moved from Prussia and Northern Germany. This was was preceded by the manifesto of Catherine II, who invited them. The colonists, among whom were our faithful brothers and sisters Mennonites, began to develop the new land.
